Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi divisi marketing communication PT. Indosat, Tbk Melalui kegiatan mobil toko. Sub Fokus dari penelitian ini yaitu: identifikasi Target Khalayak, penetapan tujuan penyusun pesan, komitmen yang diperlukan, pemilihan media, rencana komunikasi, dan evaluasi metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif. staff divisi merketing communication PT. Indosat, Tbk dan berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang dari pengunjung kegiatan mobil toko. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi non partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, studi pustaka dan dan penelusuran data online. Adapun teknik analisis data dengan mengumpulkan data, dan menarik kesimpulan.
