Abstract

Riset ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Minat Beli Brand Somethinc secara parsial. Survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan daftar penryataan ke 97 responden konsumen toko BeautyHaul Paskal 23 Bandung. Metode pengumpulan sampel pada riset menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Riset ini memakai analisa kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif-verifikatif. Metode analisa data dilakukan melalui analisa regresi sederhana, koefisien, determinasi serta pengujian hipotesa secara parsial. Selanjutnya pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Dari hasil riset diperoleh hasil t-hitung senilai 8,838 > 1,985 (t-tabel) serta hasil signifikansi senilai 0,00 < 0,05, hasil menunjukan H0 ditolak yang berarti secara parsial Electronic Word of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Brand Somethinc.
