Abstract
Perancangan High-end Apartment Kota Baru Parahyangan merupakan perancangan hunian apartemen yang berada di area Town Center Kota Baru Parahyangan. Perancangan ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya pengembangan area Town Center yang merupakan pusat kota bagi kawasan KBP. Perancangan ini hadir untuk menjawab kebutuhan hunian di area Town Center yang mengikuti masterplan KBP. Perancangan High-end Apartment Kota Baru Parahyangan di desain dengan fasilitas lengkap agar memenuhi kebutuhan hunian penghuni. Selain itu perancangan ini melalui pendekatan arsitektur biofilik agar menjadi hunian berkualitas dan berkelanjutan serta selaras dengan visi dari Kota Baru Parahyangan.
