Abstract
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green perceived value dan green perceived quality terhadap green satisfaction pada produk Innisfree di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah konsumen Innisfree di Kota Bandung. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, nonprobability sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 25. Dari hasil penelitian, didapat green perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green satisfaction, dan green perceived quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green satisfaction, serta didapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan antara green perceived value dan green perceived quality terhadap green satisfaction pada produk Innisfree di Kota Bandung.
