Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Persepsi Kualitas, Kesadaran Merek Terhadap Niat Beli Ulang Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen (Survey pada Konsumen UMKM Mahika Hijab di Shopee). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Kuantitatif dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif dan Verifikatif. Dengan populasi konsumen Mahika hijab 605 di tahun 2023 serta sampel 241 responden, menggunakan Lisrel 8.8. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel Persepsi Kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, variabel Kesadaran Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, variabel Persepsi Kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Ulang, variabel Kesadaran Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Ulang dan variabel Kepuasan Konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Ulang.
