Abstract
Perancangan Hotel Bisnis dan Konvensi Bintang Empat adalah sebuah proyek perancangan hotel yang berlokasi di Jalan Bhayangkara, Kecamatan Cikole, Kota Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Hotel ini terletak di pusat Kota Sukabumi, di wilayah yang telah ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Usaha dan Perdagangan yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas umum seperti perkantoran, layanan publik, fasilitas kesehatan, pendidikan, dan potensi pariwisata yang beragam. Lokasi perancangan hotel ini memiliki lahan yang memanjang mengikuti jalan utama dengan batas lahan yang tidak beraturan. Rencana pembangunan hotel ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah pariwisata di Kota Sukabumi, yaitu keterbatasan fasilitas akomodasi di tengah peningkatan permintaan dalam sektor pariwisata yang terus tumbuh setiap tahunnya. Selain itu, perancangan hotel ini juga memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap interaksi yang harmonis antara hotel dan lingkungan. Dengan harapan, hotel ini dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang positif di lingkungan sekitarnya.
