Abstract
Aset dapat digolongkan menjadi aset gedung dan bangunan, serta aset tetap lainnya. Banyaknya aset pada setiap golongan yang dimiliki suatu instansi dapat menyebabkan proses pengolahan aset menjadi sulit sehingga berdampak pada nilai ekonomis yang tidak diketahui, selain itu penghitungan penyusutan aset menjadi sulit dilakukan dan rekomendasi penghapusan aset menjadi sulit dikendalikan. Metode garis lurus digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalahan dalam menghitung nilai penyusutan aset dan mengetahui masa manfaat aset. Sedangkan metode simple additive weighting digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalahan rekomendasi aset yang akan dihapuskan dari daftar aset baik dengan cara dijual, dimusnahkan atau disumbangkan. Kesimpulan dari dibangunnya sistem informasi manajemen aset ini yaitu sudah dapat digunakan untuk mengelola dan mengendalikan aset yang dimiliki.
