Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui variabel yanng paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan CV. TWIC Bandung dengan sampel sebanyak 72 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan resgresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan ketiga variabel yaitu beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasiberpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. TWIC Bandung.
