Abstract

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang telah melakukan perubahan mendasar dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Mereka mengubah konsep human resources menjadi human capital, dimana mereka melihat bakat setiap karyawannya seperti keterampilan individu, pengetahuan, attitude, intelligence, experience. Mereka menganggap hal-hal tersebut adalah aset perusahaan yang besar. Masalah human capital umumnya menyangkut hal-hal mendasar seperti kebijakan rekrutmen dan seleksi, kebijakan pengembangan skill/kompetensi, kebijakan pendidikan berjenjang, kebijakan pengembangan profesional/fungsional, remunerasi dan apresiasi, penilaian prestasi, dan pensiun/PHK.
