Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha perawatan laundry sepatu Youth Cleanshoes22 menggunakan analisis Timmons model. Penilaian aspek kelayakan dilihat melalui tiga aspek kritikal menurut Timmons yaitu Peluang merupakan market size atau pangsa pasar, Sumber daya merupaka finansial yang dinilai melalui payback period, net present value (NPV), dan profitibility index (PI). Hasil studi kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa Youth Cleanshoes22 layak dari semua aspek. Strategi bisnis dimana posisi Youth Cleanshoes22 berada di posisi melanjutkan usahanya dan melakukan beberapa penyesuaian terkait penjualan atau laba. Net present value dinyatakan layak karena NPV bernilai positif, PI dinyatakan layak karena PI lebih besar dari satu dan payback period tiga tahun delapan hari.
