Abstract
Kota Bandung banyak memiliki peninggalan bangunan bersejarah yang bertema Art Deco contohnya Gedung Merdeka, Braga, Gedung Sate Salah satu yaitu Panti Karya berlokasi di jalan Merdeka No 39 Bandung. Selain populer dengan kota yang banyak bangunan bersejarah, Bandung juga di nobatkan oleh UNESCO sebagai salah satu kota kreatif. Creative city network dari 116 kota 33 negara yang ikut serta dalam pengembangan di industri kreatif. .ide dan gagasan muncul untuk memvitalkan Kembali gedung Panti Karya sebagai salah satu pusat wadah kreatif dibandung. Dengan dikembangkanya Gedung Panti Karya diharapkan menjadi wadah untuk para start up muda dan kreatif industri berkembang serta menjadi destinasi yang nyaman bagi pengunjung yang datang.
