Abstract
PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) VIII adalah salah satu diantara perkebunan milik Negara yang didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 13 tahun 1996. Kegiatan usaha perusahaan meliputi pembudidayaan tanaman, pengolahan/produksi, dan penjualan komoditi perkebunan Teh, Karet, Kelapa Sawit, Kina, dan Kakao. Pusat kegiatan usaha berada di Kantor Direksi Jl. Sindangsirna No. 4 Bandung, Dalam perancangan penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan terstruktur, metode pengembangan menggunakan waterfall, alat yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem yaitu DFD (Data Flow Diagram), sedangkan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi kepegawaian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman web PHP, database MySQL dan untuk text editor menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Dreamweaver CS6.
