Abstract
Industri properti merupakan salah satu bidang bisnis yang mempunyai peluang utnuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar seperti naiknya harga properti 10%-20% per tahun dibandingkan dengan harga saat properti tersebut dibeli (Liputan6.com 29 agustus 2018), industri properti banyak sekali jenis nya seperti penyewaan ruko, apartemen, tanah dan perumahan. Salah satu bisnis properti yang stabil dan banyak peminatnya adalah perumahan, bisnis properti perumahan merupakan investasi satu rumah atau lebih dengan tidak menggunakan biaya produksi sendiri dan sangat aman untuk pelaku bisnis dan dengan minimny resiko (industri.kontan.co.id rabu 18 juli 2018), peningkatan laba setiap tahun karena tentu saja harga tanah meningkat dan itulah kenapa bisnis properti perumahan menjadi bisnis yang banyak sekali peminatnya, dan salah satunya adalah PT. Graha Lestari Development.
