Abstract
Perusahaan merupakan suatu organisasi yang mempunyai berbagai macam tujuan. Aktivitas di dalam perusahaan selalu ditujukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka diperlukan pengelolaan faktor-faktor yang dapat menunjang kinerja perusahaan, seperti bahan baku, sumber daya alam, sumber daya manusia, teknologi dan juga mesin. Dari faktor-faktor di atas perusahaan harus dapat mengelola dengan sebaik-baiknya agar perusahaan mampu bekerja dengan lebih baik dan juga efisien, terutama dengan sumber daya manusia.
