Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi kelayakan usaha untuk mendirikan Matabelo Bandung Florist dan juga penyusunan business plan sebagai panduan usaha. Studi kelayakan yang dilakukan meliputi aspek lingkungan industri, aspek pasar, aspek pemasaran, aspek teknik, aspek manajemen, aspek sumber daya manusia dan aspek finansial. Formulasi strategi bisnis dihasilkan melalui GE McKinsey Matrix, BCG Matrix dan TOWS Matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Matabelo Bandung Florist memenuhi setiap aspek kelayakan baik secara finansial maupun non-finansial. Hasil Net Present Value (NPV) menunjukkan nilai positif, Profitability Index (PI) menunjukkan nilai di atas angka satu dan periode pengembalian selama satu tahun dan tujuh belas hari. Penelitian juga menghasilkan strategi-strategi bisnis yang dapat dilakukan dan menunjukkan bahwa Matabelo Bandung Florist memiliki prospek usaha yang kompetitif dan profitabel.
