Abstract

Efisiensi adalah kunci bagi perusahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Cara melakukan efisiensi adalah untuk memberi perhatian pada aktivitas pemeliharaan. Kegiatan pemeliharaan membutuhkan biaya untuk diimplementasikan. Pemeliharaan dibagi menjadi pemeliharaan preventif dan pemeliharaan kerusakan. pemeliharaan karyawan sangatlah penting bagi perusahaan dikarenkan kesejahteraan karyawan adalah hal nomor satu, termasuk PT. Bank Central Asia. PT. Bank Central Asia adalah salah satu perusahaan perbangkan yang berlokasi di Indonesia dan harus memiliki daya saing dengan menerapkan strategi dengan mengkoordinir segala uang masuk dan uang keluar. Secara umum, perusahaan melakukan dua jenis kegiatan pemeliharaan. Namun perusahaan melakukan pemeliharaan pendapatan dari pada pengeluaran. Dalam waktu singkat, aktivitas dalam perusahaan terlihat lebih efisien.
