Information system incoming letter and outward letter represent information system used to process archives data which consist of incoming letter and outward letter. Input document which needed in this information system cover letter form of consignor, While Output which yielded from this information system cover Incoming Letter ( SM), Outward Letter ( SK) and also Report which passed to head on duty. In execution of system which walk at the office on duty not yet is optimal, this matter because of existence of its handling internal issues. The problem for example. tardy. record-keeping of incoming letter and outward letter, seeking of archives data needing old time and there is no report.
