Information systems has an important role in searching for any business solution. Hopefully information systems would helped and also improved the company performance in order to reach their goals and objectives. PT Vonex Indonesia is a manufacture company, which produced wool yarn that has a koperasi for its employees under the human resource department. The information systems on this koperasi has not been optimized therefore it couldn’t facilitated the credit sales payment transaction as well as if it was computerized. Also on the data section, especially in the installment data didn’t match up with the final report.
