Setsuzokushi/conjuntions (sorede, sokode, suruto) in Indonesian language have a similar meaning, "namely:maka, kemudian, lalu, lantas, dan karena itu:. However there are some difference in function and an utilization in sentences itself. As a foreign learners, we will face the difficulties to be able to understand and use these three conjuctions (sorede, sokode, suruto). This study discusses the function and the use of conjutions (sorede, sokode, suruto). so that learners could understand easily the similiarities and the differences of these conjuction (sorede, sokode, suruto) in Japanese.
