Abstract

Maksud dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami factor-faktor krisis yang ada di perusahaan elastico7. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan csf (critical success factor) dengan melakukan wawancara kepada 4 narasumber perusahaan yaitu bagian operasional, produksi, marketing dan bendahara. Hasil dari wawancara terdapat 8 faktor-faktor kritis perusahaan dari jumlah total 22 kandidat crital success factor (csf).
