Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT.Mitrametal Perkasa- Karawang. baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Deskriptif Verifikatif dengan sampel berjumlah 80 orang menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui Observasi dan Kuisioner, alat analisi yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Mitrametal Perkasa- Karawang, Komunikasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Mitrametal Perkasa- Karawang, Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Mitrametal Perkasa- Karawang.
