Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Laba Bersih, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Perusahaan Konstruksi dan Pembangunan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2013-2017). Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dalam penelitian ini diperoleh jumlah sampel 17 perusahaan selama periode 2013-2017 dengan total 40 laporan keuangan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Analisis deskriptif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif statistik dan analisis verifikatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi, koefesien determinasi dan uji hipotesis pengolahan data dibantu dengan program Software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial Laba Bersih berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham dengan hubungan yang positif. Secara parsial Current Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham dengan hubungan yang positif. Secara parsial Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham dengan hubungan yang negatif.
