Abstract

Organization has the necessity to properly place a mechanism to manage, monitor and govern the value delivered by information technology. Since it was found the Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik, as a partner foundation of Save the Children, has implemented the information technology that has been adopted by the Save the Children International. As a new foundation, the Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik had to be assessed its capability in adopting and running the technology information based on COBIT 5 framework, a model of assessment process. Assessment was carried out following the method, which covered: (i) mapping of strategic organization goals related to the implementation of information technology; (ii) interviewing the foundationÂ’s sponsor and (iii) observation on the current of information technology adaptation. Results, based on assessing control objectives of EDM01. APO01 and BAI01, showed that the Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik fell in level 2, that was in well being managed.
