Abstract
CV. Maju Polaris merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di dibidang pengolahan makanan yang memproduksi roti. Dalam proses produksi roti CV. Maju Polaris ini memiliki masalah yang terdapat pada bagian produksi yaitu kesulitan untuk menentukan jumlah roti. Ketika melakukan produksi roti, perusahaan kurang memperhatikan jumlah stok roti yang ada di gudang dan hanya menggunakan jumlah penjualan di hari sebelumnya sebagai penentu produksi. Sehingga sering sekali kelebihan stok roti ketika permintaan sedang menurun. Dari masalah tersebut sangat dibutuhkan sistem informasi manajemen produksi di CV. Maju Polaris untuk membantu dalam mengelola jumlah produksi menggunakan metode Singel Moving Average untuk menentukan perencanaan produksi agar tidak mengakibatkan kelebihan atau kekurangn stok roti. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan terhadap sistem informasi manajemen produksi di CV. Maju Polaris ini dapat membantu Bagian Produksi di CV. Maju Polaris untuk menentukan jumlah produksi setiap harinya dan dapat membantu Bagian Pemasaran untuk melakukan transaksi.
