Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji secara empiris analisis harga saham yang dipengaruhi oleh laba bersih dan tingkat suku bunga pada perusahaan sektor keuangan sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2017. Masalah yang terjadi pada perusahaan sektor keuangan sub sektor perbankan adalah menurunnya harga saham meskipun laba bersih mengalami peningkatan, dan tingkat suku bunga mengalami penurunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif verifikatif dengan unit analisis yang diteliti adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor keuangan sub sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2013-2017. Dan populasi sebanyak 215, dan didapat sampel penelitian sebanyak 55 laporan keuangan dari 11 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan dibantu oleh program aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa laba bersih berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan hubungan yang positif, dan tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan hubungan yang negatif.
